    • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically within 7-14 business days.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Standard shipping is free on all orders over £40. For orders under £40, a flat rate of £2.99 applies.
    • Express and International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our returns policy is straightforward:

  • Return Period: You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
  • Return Conditions:
    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
    • Products that have been personalized or customized are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
  • How to Return:
    • Please contact info@qupolis.com to initiate a return.
    • Our customer support team will issue the return label. Please print it and affix it to your package.
    • Drop off your return at the nearest post office or courier service.
  • Refunds:
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
    • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges:
    • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • Return shipping is free for exchanges and defective products.
    • For other returns, a flat fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
